My title posts have not been much, lately.
Thank you God, Jesus, for everything written.
I'd have to think for a minute if I want to remember the major events of the past couple weeks.
This thing of working with Jesus (Hey - Suse) is getting better, if 'better' means I'm being more tolerable and accepting.
I did wind up talking to Lindy about it and she said she'll talk and see if it's at least related to any illness. She told me to mentally track his bathroom trips and I did, and it didn't go any different than expected.
So I told her that later.
Else:
- I've been continuing working on my princess crochet collection.
- The spaghetti dinner at church went amazing and the kids had a blast. I took videos and photos.
- I've been working a LOT and casually doing cardio at the gym when I'm able.
- I bought the NLT Illustrated Study Bible and I'm already getting some use out of it.
- Bought bug traps and they've made live easier.
- Fleas are worse. Despite major efforts. We are too poor for flea meds.
- I made a Groot out of rafia yarn and a Duck in a Basket (took longer than expected) and I gave it to Harmony.
- Laundromat trips. Our washer is still busted.
Speaking of Harmony, I was having major cabin fever (extreme boredom) and all but begged to be driven to go somewhere, and I invited Harmony with me (sneaking her lest the other children are jealous.)
I took $80 from 'Emergency Savings' (yeah, totally not an emergency) and $20 of it went to Maranda for gas...a bit in excess since we only wound up about 20 minutes away. But you might pay the same for a Lyft trip.
Harmony and I had Olive Garden. At first we didn't get a waitress, but after telling someone, they came along. We had a great time.
The last time I went I brought only Aaliyah so...I tried to cheap out and go for the two endless soup, salad, and breadsticks deal...[$12 each] plus two refillable drinks. ($33 total) but I impulsively tipped (I almost felt rounding up to $40 was too short to tip, but I didn't have the heart to break a twenty) and so the meal totaled out to $60 total (including a $27 tip.) The waitress was pretty surprised. She was very good at her job and very pleasant though.
All cash gone, but I was determined to go to the movies. Time for the credit card.
We went to see the Stitch movie with only two small sodas and a medium popcorn. ($50 total for only two people. Yikes. And on credit, to boot.) Memories, though. The movie was great. I didn't seem offended by it, and I'd rate it better than the original.

Days later, payday came early and my full credit card bill (A total of $92, a lot for me) was paid off. In perspective, on a very, very good pay period I'll make $1,000 in a month. Or about $500 per check.
Also, without a bank to break down large denominations, I have to get crafty with many small-purchse self-checkout intrigues to get smaller bills....at a price.

This past Tuesday was also with Jesus (Hey-Suse) [as previous] and like I said, there's at least progress in my toleration. Acceptance that this is just the norm, it's not really changing, and so we gotta suck it up, buttercup. I'm past being surprised.
One day this is all this complaining over something so minor is gonna read as ridiculous to me.
Anyway. I took comfort in saying this would be a slow day (Tuesdays usually are but...nope.) It was as busy as any Saturday. I was wiped. Days leading up to 4th of July.
Work last night with Bernard was good.

I made a plushie kitty for Zoey who is turning 8, I believe. The thing took 4-5 hours but it's worth it.
All glory, praise, thanks and all things be to God on the highest forever and ever. P.S. I love you and Jesus does, too.
